are sending exhibitors at Italian and foreign events forms that appear to be requests for confirmation of data for free inclusion in an online guide (www.fair-guide.com).

The forms bear the name of our fair, but are in no way connected to our event or its organization. Another form you may receive is headed REGISTRO ITALIANO IN INTERNET, asking you to verify your data relating to the aforementioned register, but which has NOTHING to do with the registration or renewal of your internet domain.

These are actually real contracts and, by signing them, you are committing to pay €1171.00 – 1181.00 – 958.00 for three years.

For your information, the Italian Competition and Market Authority (www.agcm.it) with Provision No. 10802 (PI3489E) FAIR GUIDE PUBLICATION of May 30, 2002, has already declared the forms sent by “Construct Data Verlag GmbH” to be misleading.
